~ The Perfect Jacket for All Seasons! ~

This beautiful black leather jacket is made from the softest leather! It belonged to my mother. She was quite petite (about 5' tall). I am taller than my mother, and the jacket also fits me. I usually wear a medium. Depending upon what you plan to wear underneath the jacket, it will fit a Misses Small or Medium size. The jacket is extremely well made and was designed with both style and comfort in mind. We are in the process of downsizing and since I have a number of leather jackets, some of them have to go. That's why it's up for auction. SIZE:Misses Small to MediumLength: approximately 26 inches Shoulders: approximately 21 inches (this is difficult to measure because of the raglan style sleeves)Bust: 48 inches (measured around the jacket at armpit level)Hemline: 39 inches stretching to 42 inches due to lightly elasticized bandCOLOR: Black MATERIAL: Genuine Leather from New Zealand with 100% Acetate ~ both are extremely soft and luxuriousSPECIAL FEATURES: Beautifully detailed and extremely well madeVery soft leatherFront double zipper closureCollar has two snaps and a button on the underside which may have been for a detachable hood (I've never seen the hood!)Raglan style sleeves with slightly elasticized band cuffsBottom hem has a matching slightly elasticized bandFully lined Two front slash pocketsOne deep inside breast pocketLeather hanging loop at necklineDry clean onlyCONDITION: This fabulous jacket is in excellent preowned condition.
There are no tears, scratches, stains or other faults that I can see (please see the photos). Please keep in mind that this is a vintage item, dating from the 1980's. It has been gently worn and well cared for. If anything, the wear on this coat has made the leather softer than ever. You will love this terrific black leather jacket!
